Clipper

Ce que ça fait

Tu colles le lien d'une longue vidéo de ta chaîne (ou d'une chaîne dont tu as l'autorisation). Clipper la télécharge, la transcrit, trouve 5 à 12 extraits de 2 à 5 minutes (accroche, rythme de parole, fin de phrase propre) et te propose un titre et une miniature pour chacun. Tu valides en un clic, il découpe les extraits, et tu peux ensuite les envoyer sur ta chaîne de clips.

Ne yapar

Kendi kanalındaki (ya da izin aldığın bir kanaldaki) uzun bir videonun linkini yapıştırırsın. What it does

Paste the link of a long video from your own channel (or one you have permission to reuse). Clipper downloads it, transcribes it, finds 5 to 12 clips of 2 to 5 minutes (hook, speaking pace, clean sentence ending) and suggests a title and thumbnail for each. You approve with one click, it cuts the clips, and you can then upload them to your clips channel.

Installation en 3 étapes

1. Windows: nothing to install. Clipper.bat downloads its own Python and ffmpeg into its folder (about 300 MB the first time, nothing is installed in Windows). macOS / Linux: you need Python 3.10 to 3.13 and ffmpeg (brew install python@3.12 ffmpeg).
2. Télécharge le zip ci-dessus et décompresse-le.
3. Double-click Clipper.bat (Windows) or Clipper.command (macOS). The first time it sets everything up (a few minutes), then your browser opens.

Dans la page : ajoute ta chaîne (case des droits à cocher), colle le lien d'une vidéo, attends l'analyse, valide les extraits, « Découper les validés ».

3 adımda kurulum

1. Sadece bir kez: (Python 3.10–3.13, 3.12 önerilir, 3.14 olmaz) Python («Add Python to PATH» kutusunu işaretle) ve ffmpeg kur. Windows: winget install Gyan.FFmpeg · macOS: brew install python ffmpeg. Windows’ta eksikse Clipper.bat bunları kendisi kurar (winget ile).
2. Yukarıdaki zip'i indir ve klasöre çıkar.
3. Clipper.bat (Windows) ya da Clipper.command (macOS) dosyasına çift tıkla. İlk seferde gerisini kendisi kurar, sonra tarayıcın açılır.

Açılan sayfada: kanalını ekle (hak kutusunu işaretle), bir videonun linkini yapıştır, analizi bekle, klipleri onayla, «Découper les validés» ile kes.

Install in 3 steps

1. Once: (Python 3.10 to 3.13, 3.12 recommended, not 3.14) install Python (tick “Add Python to PATH”) and ffmpeg. Windows: winget install Gyan.FFmpeg · macOS: brew install python ffmpeg. On Windows, Clipper.bat installs them itself (via winget) if missing.
2. Download the zip above and unzip it.
3. Double-click Clipper.bat (Windows) or Clipper.command (macOS). The first time it installs the rest by itself, then your browser opens.

On the page: add your channel (tick the rights box), paste a video link, wait for the analysis, approve the clips, then “Découper les validés” to cut them.

À savoir

• Gratuit et local : rien n'est envoyé à EnesGraphics, aucun compte, aucune clé payante.
• Tes droits d'abord : Clipper ne télécharge que les chaînes que tu ajoutes en confirmant qu'elles sont à toi ou que tu as l'autorisation. N'ajoute jamais le contenu de quelqu'un d'autre sans son accord écrit.
• Rien n'est publié sans ton clic. La publication sur YouTube est facultative (voir le README dans le zip) : environ 6 envois par jour avec l'API gratuite, et les vidéos restent privées tant que ton projet n'est pas validé par YouTube.
• La transcription tourne sur ton ordinateur : de quelques minutes à plus d'une heure selon la vidéo et ta machine.

• Transkript bilgisayarında çalışır: videoya ve makinene göre birkaç dakikadan bir saatten fazlaya kadar sürer.

Good to know

• Free and local: nothing is sent to EnesGraphics, no account, no paid key.
• Your rights first: Clipper only downloads channels you add after confirming they are yours or you have permission. Never add someone else's content without their written consent.
• Nothing is published without your click. Uploading to YouTube is optional (see the README in the zip): about 6 uploads a day with the free API, and videos stay private until YouTube approves your project.
• Transcription runs on your computer: from a few minutes to over an hour depending on the video and your machine.
